Privacy Policy

This policy covers woofid.ai, the website of Woofid AI Consulting ("Woofid", "we"). It says what we collect, why, who handles it for us, and the choices you have. Questions go to kyle@woofid.capital.

What we collect

We don't sell your information, we don't share it for advertising, and the site runs no advertising pixels. The course checkout page doesn't take payments yet: card details typed there are checked in your browser and never sent or stored, and they are hidden from Clarity's recordings.

Who handles it for us

Google Analytics (Google LLC): visit statistics. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): heatmaps and session recordings. Microsoft's privacy statement.
Web3Forms: delivers form submissions to our inbox.
Vercel: hosts the site and keeps standard server logs.

Cookies and similar storage

Google Analytics and Clarity set cookies to tell one visit from the next. The site also keeps your analytics choice in your browser's local storage. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked before any analytics cookie is set; elsewhere analytics is on until you turn it off below.

You can also block cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out add-on. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, analytics stays off.

How long we keep it

Form emails stay in our inbox while we work with you and for our business records. Google Analytics keeps event data for 14 months. Clarity keeps recordings for 30 days and heatmap data for up to a year.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing kyle@woofid.capital. Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EEA and UK), you may have further rights, including to object or complain to your data protection authority. We will answer within 30 days.

Children

The site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top.
